Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping and Delivery

• Destinations: We ship to Slovenia, all European Union countries, and worldwide.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping is free of charge (included in the price of the painting) for all orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the artwork details or custom offer.
• Dispatch & Delivery Times: Available paintings are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Once shipped, typical transit times are:
  • Slovenia: 1–3 business days
  • European Union: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–14 business days
• Shipping Damage: All shipments are fully insured. If you receive a package that appears damaged in transit, please take high-quality photos of both the outer packaging and the inner artwork immediately. Contact us at urskapirc6@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt so that we can file an insurance claim with the courier.

2. Right to Withdraw from the Contract (Returns)

In accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZPotro-1), the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason.

• Exemption for Custom and Commissioned Art: The right to withdraw from the contract does not applyto goods made to the consumer's specific instructions and adapted to their personal needs (such as custom commission paintings, customized sizing, or recreating sold pieces on request), in accordance with Paragraph 5, Article 134 of ZPotro-1. All sales of custom-made works are final.
• Return Process: To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us by email at urskapirc6@gmail.com. You must return the artwork to the provider no later than 14 days from sending your withdrawal notice.
• Return Shipping Costs: The buyer covers all shipping costs associated with returning the item. The item must be shipped securely in its original packaging (or equivalent heavy-duty protective wrapping) with a tracked shipping service.
• Refund: We will process your refund immediately upon receiving the returned artwork in its original, pristine, and undamaged condition, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
