Delivery and Returns

1. Delivery and Shipping Costs

• Where we deliver: We ship paintings within Slovenia, to European Union countries, and worldwide.
• Shipping costs: Shipping is free for all orders (or included in the price of the painting), unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific item or offer.
• Delivery times:Available paintings are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Shipping time depends on the buyer's location (Slovenia: 1–3 business days; EU: 3–7 business days; rest of the world: 7–14 business days).
• Damage during transport: All shipments are insured. If you receive a damaged package, immediately photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 24 hours at urskapirc6@gmail.com so we can initiate a claim procedure with the courier service.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the buyer has the right to inform the provider within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state a reason for their decision.

• Exception for personalized paintings:The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made according to the consumer's exact instructions and adapted to their personal needs (e.g., custom-made paintings / orders or recreated works at the buyer's request), in accordance with point 5 of the first paragraph of Article 121 of the ZVPot-1.
• Return procedure: To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send us an email notification at urskapirc6@gmail.com. The goods must be returned to the provider no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice.
• Return costs: The buyer bears the full cost of returning the goods (secure shipping with tracking in the original or equivalent protective packaging), unless the return is due to an error or non-conformity of the goods.
• Refund: We will refund the purchase price no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method that the buyer used. The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
