Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of the Art by Urska website and online store are compiled in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZPotro-1), the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT), and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).

The online store is operated by DEJAN PIRC S.P. (hereinafter referred to as the "provider"). These General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the buyer, and regulate the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

1. Offer and Order

The online sales on Art by Urska comprise the sale of original fine art paintings and custom commissioned works.

Orders are placed directly through the secure Stripe checkout flow on the website or by sending an inquiry through the contact form for payment via bank transfer (proforma invoice).

The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the buyer receives a confirmation email of successful payment or order confirmation.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT, as the provider is registered for VAT (VAT-liable business under Slovenian tax regulations).

Payments are processed via the secure Stripe payment gateway supporting credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Alternatively, payments can be made by bank transfer (SEPA) based on a proforma invoice.

3. Production, Dispatch and Delivery

• Available Paintings: Shipped within 3 to 5 business days after receiving payment.
• Custom Commission Works: Production and dispatch times are agreed upon individually (typically 2 to 6 weeks).

Delivery is carried out by Pošta Slovenije or partner courier services (DHL, DPD, etc.). Detailed delivery and return terms are available on the Shipping & Returns page.

4. Limitation of Liability

The provider makes every effort to ensure accurate photographs and descriptions of the artwork. However, minor color deviations may occur due to individual screen settings on the buyer's device. Original paintings are unique, handmade items; texture anomalies and minor artistic imperfections are a natural part of the artwork.
